Re: How can you do nine?
I'm baffled how anyone can do 9 in one day unless they all come to you and NO travel is involved...but then, I live in the boonies - 3 is my max...

Re: How can you do nine?
I had six closings with edocs yesterday and turned down at least that many...I got home after my last one at 12:15 AM! I don't have any closings today and I am going to take the time to have my hair cut and a pedicure!

I also did 9 on Friday... (Hi Bob)
7 edocs, 2 overnites. Started at 9am, finished at 10pm; signed in 4 different counties. Had to turn down 4 others, but referred them out.

Ditto
I had 9 edocs on Monday too - all purchases. First one @ 9am, last one @ 630. Being in an urban area, having all your docs the evening before, and making sure all buyers review their huds prior to closing helps immensely. Also, my 2pm appointment was three purchases by the same investor. Stopped on the way to pick up some cookies for the girl that coordinated that one for me.
Home today cleaning the office - starts up again tomorrow and we are expecting 4" of snow overnight and 3-4" during the day tomorrow. It may get ugly but everyone has been advised I'll call their cell 1/2 before I get there giving me some flexibility.
I'm in the first of my 5 last winters in Cleveland OH. After the first snow this year, I told my hubby I was only willing to drive in this crap 5 more winters, then am going to become a January to March snowbird!

What printer - everyone?
What printer (brand, model) are you using? Does it have a second tray that is AUTOMATICALLY selected by Adobe? I have a little HP All-in-One that does great but I have to "sort" the doc pages before printing and make a list, then either change paper or shove the legal size in the extra slot to print them. I love the HP brand, and the All-in-One concept, but I haven't been able to find one that is laser, FAST and has the second tray. What are you using? Bob, Linda, Roger, Lynn, Ilene, MasterCloser, Others?

HP 4200 dual tray
You can get one on ebay for under $200. I get toners for around $30 good for 12000 pages (and yes I do get 12000 pages, sometimes more even with letter & legal size)
Multi Function units are nice, but a commercial HP with 35 ppm + is really a good idea if you do any volume at all.

HP 4200 dual tray
Thanks for the info Joan. If it prints that fast AND automatically selects standard or legal size paper from the appropriate tray as the file goes through that would save me the most time!
