Inauguration and UPS Delivery

I dropped a few packages off on Saturday & there was a notice posted stating that all delivery services would be interrupted between 01/16/09 and 01/22/09 due to the inauguration. I was unable to get clarification if the warning only applied locally (I'm in DC area) or if it was for everyone. I don't know of FedEx has the same type of warning.

I just saw that FedEx is announcing service delays for just the day of the 20th and only in the DC area.

This is probably because DC will be locked down during the inauguration for security reasons - but I think that's only the one day (1/20).
