I did one 11/25/08, so now almost 60 days. I invoiced them with the pkg. too. so I don't know what the hold up is, someone that owns a signing service I know, said they were holding on
by a thread and they owed her alot of money.

I think Deborah's right. I did four closings form them in October and am still owed one more. I've had to call for each one. It took at least two months to be paid for each. However some closers are getting paid on a regular basis I guess it's the ones they use the most that are paid first.

I would get in writing from them what their payment policy is and hold them to it, They get paid from the HUD, so even if they only cut checks once a month, it shouldn't take more than 30 days from funding to pay an invoice.

I have a couple out from November Signings that I have not received money on. They usually pay around the 30-45 day mark in the past........not sure what the deal is. I think I will put a call into them and see what I find out. I will keep all posted.

after looking back at my notes, I called them on 1/13 and did get a call back letting me know that I will be paid for both signings and that the check will go out that Friday (1/16/08). I was told that they had "system issues" and they are needing to pull the invoices manually.
So I am sure MIS is gonna love me for mentioning this....but you might want to call them so they can pull yours and get the check to you.

Did several for MIS in December looks like I better give them a call. Thanks for mentioning the problem. MIS is a good company to work for and I've never had any problems with them.

You all need to rate MIS in Signing Central
We have a great tool at our disposal, but we need to keep it updated for it to be useful.

Glad I didn't accept the closing they called for last week. Obviously their CEOs are still eating well at the expense of the notary closers.
