Monday

Does anyone know if most title co.'s will be open or closed on Monday? Its one of those holidays were some people have off & others don't. I know the banks around me are even open.

I don't know which companies are open, but I have closings scheduled for Monday & Tuesday.
As far as I know Fedex & UPS are operating as usual, except for the DC area.

You sure about the banks? Monday is a federal holiday and a banking holiday for domestic offices. All our banks are closed. According to the official holiday schedule for Wells Fargo/Wachovia, SunTrust and Bank of America, Monday, January 19th, offices and banking centers will be closed.

I also have a signing on Monday, but turned several down for Tuesday. I'm in the DC area & told the companies that FedEx and UPS have announced delivery disruptions until 01/23/09.

Monday banks will be closed. I have appointments for both Monday and Tuesday I'm just going to drop the pkgs as usual for next day priority. Have no idea which TC's will be open Monday. Tuesday the D.C. area will be "buttoned-up" tight for the Big event

My local bank has in-store (grocery store) location that will be open from 10AM to 2PM but
All other branch offices closed.
