I have done 3 closings for them this month. I have worked with Tanya before. She is good to work with.

And yes, I noticed the mistake on the website too. It looks like they forgot to enter a name for the city in the template.

Have you gotten paid on the 3 you did recently? Phone number search shows her home address for the location.

No, I haven't been paid yet. Those closings were within the last 2 weeks.

Les, I got a lot of calls from her when she was handling closings for KC. She always paid in a timely manner.

From what I know, her name is Tanya Shunia and she may have worked for American National Title/Direct Title in Colorado.

Unfortunately I have been waiting for payment on a December 20 closing I did for Tammy. Don't know if they are related, but the company name and the Title company are the same.

I would appreciate any help anyone can offer.
