UPS Supplies

How do you order your UPS supplies? I tried on line and they want a credit card number.

I think you must have an account set up with them

I have one, gave them my c/c number in order to open the account.
I have never been charged a dime yet.
Free supplies ever since.

Pain in the ---, trying to navigate that web site. The local terminal manager is not any help.
If you call them dial O and your suppose to get a live body, to talk to. Good Luck

Have done business with UPS for30 years, the then "dial 0" doen't work. You must go thru the "cycle" and to talk to a person who will help you.
1) that person you talk to is NOT a UPS employee (No matter what they tell you) they are a contract call service center who may have just taken an order for Fredricks of Hollywood.
2) I don't even order my UPS supplies on line, I call the 800#
And, FedEx is NOT easy to order supplies from either.

Re: I think you must have an account set up with them

I just registered and opened an account with UPS a couple of days ago. I can't find supplies anywhere around me and the UPS store is kind of stingy with theirs. When I was in CA there was a drop box on almost every corner - now I have to drive 14 miles just to drop a package. BTW Misty, are you still involved in printer supplies? What was that web site? thx

I just ask UPS to fax me an order form.

I fax back my order and it's delivered in a few days. Never a problem.

Re: I just ask UPS to fax me an order form.

How do you get the form?

We have a UPS store close by and I have asked them for just 6 lehgal envelopes and explained to them why I need them--I don't have many TC's that use UPS-and the UPS store is like 30 miles one way.

They ladies all refuse--say that they are only 12 a month for the store!!

i had an account but they charged me over $60 once. As they had my CC# it was charged to me. I had never shipped anything. I called, they admitted to a "error in reading the writing" (It was a package sent from Missouri to Texas) and said they would credit it back to me.

Well, they sent me a statement crediting me about half of it and a $15 difficulty fee!!!!!

Needless to say, I closed my account and my legal size UPS supplies are running low.

I have called the toll free number before I set up the account but could never get anything ordered without an account #.
