Hello out there. Has anyone done a close for these guys. They are out of Pittsburgh, Pa. Need to know if they are slow or no pay. Appreciate any info.

I worked for them 11/25 and started contacting them 12/30 about my check. I received a call yesterday, he said he was very sorry, they had closed for the holidays and checks would be sent on 1/29. We shall see. The phone call was an encouragment

I did one closing for them on 1/12 and am waiting for payment. I also did one on 12/19 and received payment on 1/15- Interestingly, both time I was told that the closing was a refi and they turned out to be reverse mortgages. Of course reverses take longer and I would have charged more had I known ahead of time. E docs were received shortly before appointments in each instance so I proceeded with the closings in deference to the borrowers. I asked for a slight fee increase to which they agreed but it was not included in the payment I received on 1/15.

Closing on 3/30/10, Elisa responded in May that the check would go out on 5/21. Still no check, not responding to any of my emails.
