"Happy" new year

No, this is not another one of those "Happy New Year!!!" threads. Instead, it's a suggestion for having a "happy" new year:

1) "... grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference." - St. Francis of Assisi

(Think about this one the next time you're waiting for late documents, and all of the other things that get you down about this job.)

2) "Don't sweat the small stuff ... and it's all small stuff."

3) Be thankful. Your life situation could be a lot worse.
