1 Nation Notary, do they pay?

Anyone had any recent experience with 1 Nation Notary in Corona, CA? Do they pay and did they raise their edoc fees? One post in 2008 sited they reduced edoc fees to $75.

I have been trying to get them to pay me for over two months. A gal named Erica Delgado in Corona CA has been avoiding me. I would stay away from these guys.
