Adding a Signing Company to SC

I cannot seem to add ANY signing company to SC. I follow the instructions; however, for each one I try, I get the message that they are already in SC. However, I cannot find them.

I tried to add American Freedom Assurance today and got this message. Can anyone help me or can Harry add to SC?

The problem is NotRot does't have the company listed in your area. Let Harry Know.

That's the message I got too when I

inquired a couple of months ago. Didn't really have a "good" reason, just "that's the way we decided to do it.
