In today's society, anyone can sue anyone at any time for anything. Let's see how this plays out.
Also to be noted: If there are any inflammatory remarks made on Notary Rotary, I'm sure that Harry reads them and takes appropriate action. It's happened before and will happen again, I'm sure.

I think the article raises a very important issue which
may result in how we all "blog" on various websites.
I think that the website, to some extend, but mainly, the "blogger" should be held responsible ONLY if the comments were posted "illegalyl", i.e., a judge in some case, issues a gag order so that no one speaks to the media about it...this includes website blogging, IMO.
The blogger should be held liable/responsible, and to some extent, so should the website, if it had first hand knowledge about the case. If the website does, then the site should immediately take down or erase the blogger's comments.
Ultimately, I see a case like this, eventually making its way to the US Sup.Crt.
