CA notary and document signers

Can anyone please tell me if this company move to AZ? The number provided here at the rotary changed to 602-768-2142 (per operator). I went to their website (I got to the main menu so far), when I try to go into the notary side is telling me someone is trying to use their website (in a bad way) and advice me not to enter any information. What is going on?
