Yikes, a nightmare of a Citimtg with print problems, then printed, then found they needed to send new...UGH joys of loan gig...anyone know it this needs to be completed and notarized if they are simply borrowers on their orig prop without new construction...btw on top FIDELIT NATIONAL TITLE INS CO.

Realize it must be complete and notarized though the verbiage is complicated as though for construction or sale. TIA and know these Citimortgage loans are not small nor uncomplicated. About 10 notarized without correct verbiage. MIS said it was only 75 pgs NOT. Ah yes, joys some days! TIA for letting me vent.

being in OHIO, they have tons of affidavits to sign/notarize in their escrow package. They used to pay well, but not anymore.
