Did signing on June 15th and waiting for pay. As I recall, pay is expected in 30 days from Dave Isman.

My Gosh! This was my worst experience ever!
I was the second notary to go to a signing, the first one was a "mess". It was 11pm when I went and the docs came 20 minutes before the scheduled time.
I invoiced 7 TIMES and emailed several other. Dave Isman kept telling me that he never recieved an invoice. Then told me on three different occassions that my check was "in the mail"
Finally, I emailed Dave Isman and demaned payment within 7 days or I would report him. He replied that he would not pay me as I did not do my job and another notary had gone to "clean up my mess".
He has me confused with the previous notary who had gone to the signers home. I was the one who did the signing correctly. He said that he kept telling his accountant to "take my invoices out of the pile" not realizing that I was the person who did it correctly.
My check was then sent overnight to me, and it cleared.
Through the whole experience their were several lies. Dave Isman said he had mailed the check, said that he never recieved an invoice (when he later admitted he did) and was rude and nasty to me. I still cannot believe that this man has so little integrity to just lie and treat people in such a manor.
