Denise Thompson of Thompson Solutions

Denise has been given a bad wrap by some notaries about her not paying. My wife and I have been doing closings for her for years and to this day have been paid for every single closing within 30 days or less. So for the people that see they need to dirty someones REP you need to find a life. So for any one who might read this, if Denise calls you, rest assured you will be paid.

Just the past couple of weeks I recieved checks from E&E but for the most part it's been from Thompson Business Solutions.

Denise recently got divorced and changed her name. It was Thompson Business Solutions now it is E&E Closing Services.

I am assuming all this started because of, at least in part, my post. Well for those defending her, good for you ...you got paid timely. I posted my experience and I wasn't. She outright told me she worked for ELTG. Because of a heads up from another source and her generic confirmation without ELTG's e-mail address, I questioned her again. Again she told me she worked for ELTG, I would be working directly for ELTG and to bill them. That was what I did. No payment arrived and when I called ELTG about my invoice it was he said/she said between ELTG and Denise. I didn't care at that point one way or the other who paid me ... I just wanted my money ... ELTG says we paid her, she should be paying you ... she says ELTG was to pay me direct ... WHAT DID I CARE AT THAT POINT? The person who already lied or the company who hired her? Someone had my money !!!

FACT ... I did a closing for "someone" on January 30. FACT ... on March 10 I was told my check would be cut and mailed on March 20. FACT ... after a lot of calling, "discussions", faxing and e-mailing I received payment on April 22. FACT ... a cell number was used, no street address was on the confirmation, the e-mail used was a generic comcast account and not the company she told me she worked for, no E&E or Thompson Whatever was ever mentioned.

Another tidbit ... according to Denise, part of the problem was my fee was too high ($125 for a FHA full e-doc refi !!!) ... not sure what that part was about since the $125 was agreed to up front.

Sorry - no idea who you are - looks like you just joined this board to post your message.
But, we all know Sue/PA, who is a respected member of this board, and has been for years.
She, obviously, (as I haven't read her previous post) posted she had a problem getting paid from this individual. This board is here for members to post regarding their experiences with various companies. I notice the only ones posting positive experiences have never posted before and look like they recently joined the forum - and all happen to live in VA (kinda makes you go Hmmmm)

Now, if Denise Thompson were to call me for a signing, whose word do you think I am going to rely on? A respected member of this forum, or someone who has just popped up out of the blue (rhetorical question no need to reply)

Well now there is a brilliant business plan. Because companies never go out of business in the crappiest segment of a crappy economy, nor do people ever die unexpectedly. Putting all your eggs in a single basket that you have no control over is always the way to go!

I have done a few closings for Denise and was paid very quickly. I definately will take work from her.
