Dynamic

They emailed me a while ago for an edoc closing. I replied that I was available and quoted a more than fair fee. I followed up an hour later after no response and was told they were capped out at $85.00 so they had to find someone else. I've never worked for them (and yes I've read the comments, both past and recent). IS that their normal fee??

Yes. They have called me before and all they want to pay is 85. Beware, they have written in their confirmation that they will pay within 30 business days (not calendar days) and only if you invoice them within 48 hours.

I would have them pay you via paypal prior to accepting anything from them. I am fighting for my fee from a 6/16 closing. 30 business days is this Friday and the guy in accounting is a real d***. He was completely rude and unprofessional in responding to my request for payment.

I give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but got burned on this one.

Hate to say this but one you pretty have to spend a lot of time emailing and calling for payment. It took them 60 days to pay me. After I did a closing in the end of April they paid at the end of June.

I would not work for this company no matter how much they paid OR if they paid up front using PayPal. I don't work for companies that operate in the manner that Dynamic does.

They e-mail me periodically - blanket e-mails that are sent to many notaries in my area for an upcoming job. I used to respond informing them of their poor payment rep, but not any more. It was obvious to me from their responses that they could care less about their negative reputation or the fact that they owe so many notaries.

Yes, Dynamic is the same as Dynamic Field Solutions. When they call or e-mail me, they only call themselves "Dynamic" - not sure why they don't use their full name, maybe an attempt to fool us into working for them?

Signing Central is your best friend. There are lots of comments posted about Dynamic. I did one for them a while back--insisted on Paypal payment upfront. For those who choose to give these companies "the benefit of the doubt" I think you get what you deserve.

Why would you aid and enable them to remain in business?

You chose to work for them knowing what flakes they are? Why can't you just say no!
If everyone says no to them, they will go out of business.
( and probably open under another name, but that is another topic.)

I just worked for them but they prepaid me. I do think they were desparate, I don't think there as anyone else available for this location...the hand holding was almost comical.

So you felt sorry for them? I don't get it, is it all about the money?
