FYI. "Signing Central" is great and the orange "Search" button works as a back up.

Last closing I did was on 6-3-9 and Paid on 6-18-09.
They don't like to pay more than $85-$100 on a Regular Refi.
Have to dicker to get them up.
Seemed to be easy to work with.
