Greenbelt Real Estate

Has anyone done any work for Deb Lapine since July 1st? I was emailing and calling and getting no response and was curious if maybe she was on vacation. Yes, I read everything, but I am giving the benefit of the doubt since it is summer and maybe she is away.

Thanks Val, I sent emails on 7/21 and 7/23 and voicemail on 7/27 and she just left me a VM saying she was on vacation and just got my voicemail. BUT if she emailed you on 7/23 - then she did get my first two emails as well. She said she was away, but calling in my check today. Again, I'm trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but I was supposed to have my check sent on July 1st. I TOO would like to go on vacation.

I did two for her in one day on June 29th. She told me my check would go out the first week of July as my signings were before the last day of the month. I started emailing and calling July 21st as it was three weeks past the date they should have been mailed. Three unreturned emails and 2 phone calls later, Deb called and said she was on vacation, but would call in and get my check sent. I DID get my check a few days later - but it was ONE MONTH LATE. Deb was nice enough - but NEVER AGAIN. I don't like to chase my money.
