I did 2 closings for this company in May and as of today have not received payment. I called them at the end of June and left a message and the return call was that check had been issued but never cashed so a stop payment would be put on it. They said they would issue another check on 7/7/09 as of yet I have not received the check and Deb does not return phone calls.

Has anyone else had a problem with them?

I have been doing signings for Deb for about 4 years now. I love them, they go smoothly and I am in and out the door in 45 mins. or less. She has always paid me within 30 days. I have only had to call her once about payment, that was about 2 yrs ago. That was the only issue I have had with her.

I just want everybody to know that I received a check this pm for the closings I did in May.

I just wish when someone has trouble paying they would step up to the plate and tell me.

I won't work for her anymore...haven't in a long time. She always made excuses why payment was late and I got tired of it. She is a nice woman, but I don't have time to chase down payments.

I did two for her in one day on June 29th. She told me my check would go out the first week of July as my signings were before the last day of the month. I started emailing and calling July 21st as it was three weeks past the date they should have been mailed. Three unreturned emails and 2 phone calls later, Deb called and said she was on vacation, but would call in and get my check sent. I DID get my check a few days later - but it was ONE MONTH LATE. Deb was nice enough - but NEVER AGAIN. I don't like to chase my money.
