HP Laserjet P2055 problem

This is a dual tray printer with duplex capability. Yesterday I had to download documents that were both letter and legal size and some letter size documents were to be printed on both sides. The problem - while the appropriate documents printed on both sides, all documents printed letter size. The download on the website was an "RDZ" file - I had to install the software.

Any ideas on how to solve the problem?

Greetings Lynn,

I have never had this problem; however, I do have a HP P2055. Take a look at the printer shortcut and finishing tabs under printing preferences. Make sure that you do not have two-sided (duplex) printing selected under the printer shortcut tab nor print on both sides checked under the fininishing tab.

I ended up going through package and printed legal documents on another printer.
