Yes, I have done a couple for them 2 wks ago. Doing closings for them involves what they call "three easy steps".Thanks to those who posted regarding the company. Looks like I will expect to be paid, although it may take a while.

Just did one for the first time a couple of days ago and it went well. Not sure about payment yet as it is still too early.
