LandAm just called me...

for a signing tonight. I declined. I thought they went BK awhile back? I looked in Signing Central and the reports just this month were about bounced checks and BK notification.

Phone # was (412) 507-2000 which seems to match LandAm One Stop.

The ss portion of the company, LandAM OSS was not included in the bankruptcy. They were always a PIA to work with, IMO--usually lowballers.

They called me in June. I was surprised b/c I thought they were out of BIZ. Accepted the signing $xxx and got paid in 2 weeks.
