MD- DC-Va Closers, Job opening post closer

We are looking for someone to fill the position of post closer, working in Greenbelt, MD

Here are the details:
Job Description:
o Answer phones
o Open files in TSS
o Order payoffs
o Post closing of files to include:
o Imaging files
o Returning closed packages to lenders
o Send all payoff checks
o Prepare and send accurate recording packages for MD,DC & VA
o $30,000 annual salary
o Work in attractive office in Greenbelt, MD
o Hours: 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
