MIS Ohio CTYMTG
YIkes, murphys law in full force last night: reschedules, had to print docs twice, then about 12 not docs without CA verbiage, husband gets home at 10:30p (not his fault but lender for resched). They used to pay, now will not. Guess this says it all!

What was going on last night? I had calls from another prominent tc--two last minutes "rushs". Printed docs for the 1st--borrower didn't know anything about a re-sign & wasn't going to sign. Completed the 2nd signing & heard from borrower today that she is rescinding. These are CW/BOA loans so I don't know who's behind the push.

I actually don't even know what you're saying here.
I've also got to doctor most of the MIS documents to be PA compliant ... I believe the Correction Agg doesn't even have a venue on it. If you have a stamp, it's not a problem. I do wonder, every time I see it ... the "BE IT REMEMBERED" ... how archaic is that phrase?

MIS is still one of my best clients and fees have only been slightly reduced, which I can live with. Been doing signings for them around five years and they're still a pleasure to work with.
