So if I understand you correctly
You're taking the assignments, not with the intent of completing them, but with the intent of going in and advising or educating these people? I think you're walking a very dangerous line.

While you can refuse any assignment, you can't by law advise a client. I think you're going to find yourself in a lawsuit. Apparently, you chose to ignore the P/M I sent.

Sorry, I did't notice the private message so I wasn't intentionally ignoring it.
I tell each and every one that I will come out if they want me to. And I will. I only suggest they do an online search if they haven't already. I'm not intrepeting or advising them on any of the documents. It's similar to someone coming on here to ask if a company is worth working for. What about any liability to this site or an author who says a particular company is run by crooks and deadbeats?
It's a question, not an attack.

That doesn't sound like a good idea.

You, Sir, are in the wrong business. Your actions put ALL of us in this business in a bad possition. You could cost us ALL business. If you don't like a company, or think (as I do) they are not offerring a good, proper product, then, turn the assignment down. If you fell you must say something, then tell the company why you are turning them down, but do not tell the client anything. Beyond being a Notary, but as a individual contracting with a company to take an assignment from them can get you in court and cost you $$$$$.
