If you have the lenders fax, then try faxing the confirmation and invoice for a few days to both NC Signing and the Lender. I would be a little leery of the truth from him.
I did a signing that took a good while to get paid, but got paid.
Don't be surprised if he is still assigning closings.
This just might be a ploy to get you to stop calling.

I have talked with Service Link and they have stopped using NC Signing as they weren't paying the notaries...My other two were with USAA...I am emailing daily.....
