National Vendor Solutions are prompt in payment. Payment is normally received within two weeks of your signing. They are very helpful, if you should have questions they are always available. I actually have completed over 20 assignments with them and have had no problems.

Had a real bad experience with them. Anthony is rude, unpleasant to deal with and certainly not a person to be taken at his word.

One thing I've noticed on their packages is that pages 1 and 3 of the HUD/VA loan app addendum need to be initialed at the bottom - very easy to miss. Haven't seen that from any other company.

I have been signing for them since May and I have never had any payment problems, I find everyone on their staff very pleasant to work with
