New rates kicked in this month

Only did 4 loans since Thursday and all of them 5.375 and up. Last month it was 4.65-5%. So unless people have a lock that is still good look for a slow down now.

I had one last night at 4.5% BO told me they've been working on it for over 3 months, so they were probably locked in.

Same here--4.875. Most I've signed this week were at 5.00, which is still utterly fantastic!
