There's a brand new loan mod. company out there. Couldn't find hardly anything on it except that their address is the same as some kind of computer software business and their other address is some kind of leased "tech space". Found a bunch of job postings, hmm...

I work for them. They pay as agreed. Their contract is every explicit about what they do. They do give back a chunk of money if they are not successful.
