Nothing says I don't care like...

Corinthian Title Company's half filled out HUD Settlement Statement which BTW doesn't state Gross Amount Due from Borrower (nor state settlement charges, nor add anything up on either page), yet they want notary to collect $XXXX due by certified check, banks are closed and they haven't talked to borrower in over a month...had no clue about any of it. We signed anyway, he didn't want to lose his interest rate. Oh fun.

Sorry, but if the shoe fits? I don't stamp half my stamp, nor sign only my first name, and it's kind of making me crazy to always be the one surprising the borrowers with "I'm coming over and you owe $$$$", it's like the third time in three weeks.

sounds like you're looking at the lender's "sample" listing their costs and fees not the final one prepared by the title cmpany

No, actually it was the only one in the pkg. I saw it print, so didn't look at details b/c my instructions said collect $$$$. I know what you're talking about, I have seen the sample or marked up ones before. That was not the case here.

I agree with Sue...

sounds like the preliminary partial HUD that's in the middle of most of the packages...did you miss an attachment in your e-mail from title with the final HUD?
