I don't think mine was recent - appears to be a problem these days. Perhaps it was because they were real active in my area at the time, I just don't remember. Sorry.

Patrick owes me for a signing on 5/6/2009. Left numerous messages, faxes and email. I finally called Dean Trent at ULS. He said he would take care of it, that was on 7/20/2009. Mr. Trent also advised me they stop using Patrick C frrom RTC Settlement Servics some months ago.
