Haven't done any yet...does the pkg. resemble more of a purchase pkg. or more of a RM or a little bit of each?

Yes, the package is very similiar to a standard RM in fact almost identical. However from title you will find the standard purchase disclosures and such. The article PAW listed is very good. Wells Fargo and MetLife are two lenders that are offering RM Purchase. The others will be on board soon I am sure.
