Seeking Highly Experienced Loan Signing Agents

We are expanding our network of experienced signing agents around the nation.
If you are an experienced professional, we’d like to talk with you. We are a great company to work with, and have an excellent reputation (check out our rating here
on Notary Rotary). Our clients appreciate our attention to detail and our signing agents love the fact that they get paid every two weeks and the checks don't bounce.

What we are looking for beyond the basics (an excellent knowledge of loan documents,
the ability to accept edocs, reliability, Etc.) are professional signing agents who:

-Have completed a minimum of 500 loan document signings in the past 2-3yrs

-Are professional in appearance and attitude

-Can provide 2 industry references (these will be checked)

-Can follow specific detailed instructions

-Have excellent communication skills

If you meet these requirements, and would like to become part of our network,
please send us an email at [e-mail address]. Be sure to put your city and state in the
subject line. Please include your contact information and we will respond and forward our contract. Please do not call.

We look forward to speaking with you.

Heheheheheh. It's obvious somebody has been reading this board lately!

I work directly with title and escrow companies and there's no way I'd want an SS marketing to my clients.

They are good people. I don't think they would do that. A lot of companies want to check references.

Lisa, I'm sure you've worked with SS's along the way - give those names as references....

SS to SS.....TC to TC....

Thanks Ilene but I can't take credit for it - that was suggested here over and over many moons ago by other experienced posters....don't remember exactly who and am too lazy to go looking but it sounds good to me!!

I believe that honor goes to

Sylvia. That lady has some really good ideas and has always been willing to share them. Thanks Sylvia.

In mid June I emailed Door 2 Door requesting information to be added to their database. Never even received a reply.

I agree..... It's nice to know that signing companies are reading statements about their character and reputations in the forum. Maybe now they will start paying the agent's that perform the service or pay the consequences of saying no thanks to their offers.

Be careful of non-compete contracts......it's easier to stay independent.
Get yourself involved with law firms at your local county court house .
SOme of them offer a great deal of work for notary services. Stay away from the promises....I've been promised a lot of things in my years!

There was a company a few years ago named Door 2 Door that closed its doors and owed a lot of money to a lot of notaries (me included for 3 signings). Are you that company resurrected?

No I am not that company....I am one of your own in the forum and I frequent three forums daily to read what is going on in our business and it makes me sick to hear how many of us get ripped off by these companies.

No we have nothing to do with that company. We are based in California
and my understanding is that they we're from back east. In our 12 years,
we've never bounced a check, and we always pay on time.
