Vital Signings and Equity Settlement Services

Hi all, I just reviewed the Search for these two companies but there isn't any updated information. Does anyone have any information on either one.

Both good, both pay but will be longer that the 15-25 days

that you expect. IMO as long as they pay and communicate when asked, then I can wait up to 60 days, but that is just me!

Equity was one of my best clients in the Sub Prime days

Now all I hear is bad things about them, have not worked for them in almost 2 years. Packages are always late so make sure its close to home.

Equity Settlement should not be confused with Equity Title in Providence, RI.

Equity Title is about as good as you can get.

I work for Equity Settlement Services in Smithtown, NY all the time now. In fact, I already had three this week, and have never had one problem. I like all the people there and the packages are easy. I just looked through my check stubs and every one of them is 5 weeks on the nose, so that appears to be the turn around. I don't have to haggle with them about my fee, as they met mine the first time, and we've never discussed it since. The final numbers are settled BEFORE I get there, so I have never had any surprises at the table.
