What would you do?

I you get an Edoc and you see a few pages belong to another borrower from different state you set it aside and ship back to TC or shred them. Last week I got a package and I did not have time to check it out before I print them, I notice there were 15 pages for a BO in State of Wash.

I would let the TC know and shred them. Last week I got the wrong title docs fcr a closing and that is what I did.

def let the TC know and see what they want you to do with them..sometimes they might want these faxed back to them and shredded...

I alert the TC (or SS as the case may be) and just pull the docs aside (both Lender and BO copies), paperclip them together with a sticky note on them, and send them back with the docs.
