The fluid we use at the office is really nothing more than high grade, low water content Ethyl Alcohol...not isopropyl alcohol which, according to my soap making learnings, has a higher water content.

Use a lint free cotton cloth dampened with the alcohol and wipe it well, then dry with the same cloth (type).

Use "Monitor" cleaner

or eyeglass cleaner. Be sure to use a lint free soft cloth. Do not use a paper towel as it could scratch the glass.

There are anti-static cloths you can buy for cleaning computer screens that have worked well for me without scratching.
