There are a few companies with similar names. If Svitlana is the owner , she won't pay for no-signs. Only work for her if you don't mind working for free!

They are the worst- i did 4 signings for them- they told me 3 did not close- I think they lie about that and then refuse to pay-

3 of out 4 is very high....I have a hard time believing that someone from our office told you all those files did not close...Please email me at [e-mail address]
We have a few new girls in the office...but that's hard to believe...I'll look at the files for you.

I did have concerns from things I read on the blogs, talked with Steve he reassured me and I did receive payment in about a month. Will work with them again.
