Am I the only one?

Did business die for anyone else out there or am I the only lonely one?? I boosted my google ratings but it did not affect biz. I know interest rates are climbing. I'm out here in sunny CA and my local signinging companies aren't calling much this month. Maybe the lending money is drying up a bit and people are being more cautious.

Slowest month of the year for me

only loans with mid 4% lock are coming to table, anything higher is a no sign for one reason or another.

Plus a few companies have changed there requirements of Notaries (XYZ background check)

With rate hikes and a 17% drop on values in the last 30 days, only first time buyers should be active now.

Sorry its like that for you...perhaps, if you have a website, change your key words...google is great for giving you stats on which words are the most 'googled' by potential customers...

This month started out slow but I have been super-busy the past 7 days to make up for it!!! You might want to remove your preference for overnight docs in your profile - I only get those maybe one every other month or so...
