Asking for help with Signing Central, please.

What does "Unavailable" in the Average Rating column mean?
I noticed that some of the companies are out of business, but that may not always be the case. I received a signing request from JM Closing Services, Inc., Scottsdale, AZ, and the Average Rating is "Unavailable".

Second question: I tried to add a signing service to Signing Central, but was unable to add the listing. When I tried to "add" the signing service, the prompt indicated that the company already exists, but in fact, the signing service is not listed. What is it I don't know? Is there any wisdom that anyone can share?

This might be a question for SUPER PAW!

Any current information regarding JM Closing Services, Inc. will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

"Unavailable" - not sure but it was my assumption this meant no one has ever bothered to rate them - they may have posted about the company but never actually gave them a rating...MHO

As for the adding - it could be they have a listing on the notary side or you're not seeing the company listing because of the "coding" thing in place....either way, contact them and they should help you.

Phone numbers unavailable was just discussed yesterday (I think it was)...

Finally - I have no info to offer about JM Closing Services....

Thank you, Linda; here's the answer from Chris, Notary

Rotary. Each person may be listed in the database only once, either a personal listing or a business (signing service, etc.) without direct intervention by Notary Rotary. The owner of the signing service is a notary public/signing agent, and is currently listed in the database as such. The system sees this as a duplicate listing, and Notary Rotary staff must add the signing service to Signing Central. This procedure is to prevent multiple listings.

Unavailable means there is no average star rating. There may be comments though so you should always look anyway.

If it says a company is already there, send Notary Rotary support an email and let them know the company you are trying to add. They will then finish it for you. It has happened to me many times and that has always solved the problem. I am glad you are adding companies to the list. It is important that we all do that!

Hello Stoli, beware of any business with JM Closing Services, Inc. I and other notaries have past due payments for signings done over 3 months ago and their management (Jonathan Means has not responded to any inquires as of yet....
