Have any of you folks enrolled in the Value Net system to obtain closings with BCHH?

I was asked to join, but

did not like how it was set up. I did not understand why it would be needing any credit card info.. So I have been putting it off..

If someone can explain how this program works and explain the reason for my card info; then I will be out to possibly sign up. Just don't feel right it.

Valunet is an automated pay-to-work program.

You pay a few bucks per assignment so your customer has the convenience of using the system to find you.

$4.50 per assignment seems reasonable.

I think the concept is great if I understand it correctly. I mean, which would I rather do, pay $4.50 to ValueAmerica/Valunet to get a job or split a fee with a signing service?

You only pay if you get the assignment, if I understand it.

Seems reasonable to me. That a very low cost for advertising and you only pay if you get results
