Competitive Title Agency, Inc. - any recent feedback?

Did a search and saw a couple of negative postings from 2006 & 2007 - any recent experience with this company? They called me for one on Thursday.

I work with them pretty regularly. They're good to work with, pay a decent fee & pay promptly--no issues.
