Got a call from them today to do a closing tomorrow or Wednesday...nothing firm yet. Their email says: "PAYMENT WILL BE MAILED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CLOSING"

First time I ever heard of these folks. There's been several threads here on them but they've never been put in SC.
