They are now calling their "loan modifications" by the name of "Retainer Agreements". These people along with 21st Century Legal Services should be permanently restrained from doing business!

Marty,

Some docs we sign are actual loan mod agreements. That is one of many outcomes when a person hires an attorney to represent them against their lender.

Other docs we sign are RETAINER AGREEMENTS that the attorney requested from the client. They are NOT loan mods...yet. This is how many people choose to get their loan mod started and hopefully completed.
