FASS
Is anyone having a problem with not getting in touch with a borrower(out of town, no second #, etc)? This is the second time I have received an email from FASS that I do not pass the white glove status because I could not reach the client. I even called FASS to let them know I have not been able to reach the client, is there a alternate # and they still zing me. What is everyone else doing to conteract this? I am at a loss. They pay promtly but there fees are only 65 (90 with edocs). I get more from every other company. It's almost not worth the hassle with them.

I have a situation with the only borrower number being for his company's Michigan office. I'm in Oklahoma. Contacted the SS, but no response. Closing for 6:00 Monday.

Exactly! "I get more from every other company. It's almost not worth the hassle with them."

While confirming your assignment with FASS and the borrower is unable to be reached, indicate in the "Notes" section and clicking on "yes" in the Exception box: This notary left a msg with above # indicated and will continue to make contact with BO until reached.

I just experienced my first "quality issue" e-mail from FASS today. We will see what will happen now that I disputed the situation. I was unable to reach the borrower until 30 minutes after my 24 hour window expired. I also was told that the fee would be $65. I simply stated that I would not be able to accept the job for that amount and they ended up accepting my standard fee each time plus they have paid in a timely manner.

This is a ridiculous requirement.
I don't have a white glove status with them and don't care if I ever have one.
I've been written up twice so far and I could care less.
When they need me..they'll call...white glove status or not....and background check or not.
It's all akin to what comes out the rear end of a bull.

I've not yet done enough for FASS to even be considered for "white glove" status. Even if I ever do get there (I'm just so excited at the prospect . . . NOT!), guess it'll be . . not whether I'll ever get gigged on a performance issue, but when. Glad to hear the highly knowledgeable and experienced people here are also having issues with them . . . I'll try not to cry when it happens! lol
