GENUINE TITLE LLC

Does anyone have any experience w/this company/notary? I did a couple of signings for her last month & while the payment is terribly overdue, her last email of 12 days ago said 'the check is in the mail'. Since then I have gotten no check & response to emails or phone messages left these past days.

Worked for them once & finally got paid, months later, after contacting lender, title etc. Never again!

Are there two GENUINE TITLE LLC?

I don't undrstand why some of us get paid within 30 days and others can't seem to get paid at all. Are there two Genuine titles or different branches of the same company?

its the same ol song and dance where a comp is great for payment where they have the bulk of their business and anyone else they dont use too often has to wait, if they are experiencing money troubles. Ive had this happen to me, Ive worked for a couple of companies that others would swear by here and had to wait and wait for payment.

Did my one and only closing for them on November 24, 2009. Got paid on December 9, 2009. Almost turned it back after reading the reviews but went ahead and did it. Glad I did. Had no probs at all with them. Just MY experience with them.
