Hi , it looks like they are because they are still listed in Signing Central. So many companies have gone by the wayside. I thought that Nations Direct was gone but received a call from them a week ago. I declined the job.

If you mean, DOCUSERVUSA, they went out of business last year. I don't think they filed BK (Johnny Antonelli and his sidekick Bret B?). Bret works for SOCAL Signings. I won't work with them. Even tho he's in sales, he's still part of that breed that lied and mislead so many of us who in the end were stiffed hundreds of dollars.

Hope you're well, Ron and that your family is doing fine. Think of Sheryl frequently, I was in her complex yesterday posting a foreclosure that has been in foreclosure for over a year now. Guess CW finally will foreclose next month. 592 Parkview North. I've been over the top with refis, foreclosures and REO purchases...

Wasn[t planning on doing any business with them, but did find a check while cleaning out my sisters office. I didn't want to deposit it if they had closed up shop. Hope all is well. We have been making plenty of trips over to your area, but hope it is winding down. I am so busy with inspections, that I have no time for signings. Hope all is well.. Ron Holt aka Dogmonger:-)
