They are also known as Affiant Signings. That is how they are listed in the signing company list. I haven't worked with her in awhile but do keep in touch regularly. The last one I did I was paid in two weeks and the experience was fine.
I was also paid my regular fee without any problems.
I would work with her again.

i completed a job for them over two months ago, i was told they pay in 30 days, still nothing, i've contacted them 10 times asking about it and i keep getting the SAME answer i should have it early next week. I will be calling the title company that hired them on Tuesday. Enough of the excuses because this is how I eat and feed my family. Please stiffing others is not right...especially when you have to go really far and only get paid 75.00 for it. This closing stood me up 2 times and then i was rushed out there and it had to close etc...i took care of it and this is how i get repaid...
