LSI TITLE AGENCY, INC. & USAA VA LOANS

Dang I like this company and LOVE the USAA VA loans. Under 100 pages for a VA loan! LSI is GREAT to work with! You can't go wrong working with LSI or in doing USAA VA refi's! These are 2 borrower, 30 minute closings. Fax or email 1 page when your done, and YOU'RE DONE! They love me, and I love them! We fit like a hand in a glove! Love ya RO, even though you aren't the one that calls me anymore for Texas loans. When's your birthday? I gotta send you a beer or some flowers? LOL

NO, I didn't get paid to make this post. If you do one of these loans you'll want to make the same post, and that's a fact, Jack/Jill! LOL Doesn't mean that USAA or Title won't add another 50 pages in the future, but these are pretty sweet right now. Just started working for them and got paid for my first one. Should get paid for 2 or 3 more next week. First check was timely and expecting the following ones will be, at this time. If that changes, I'll let you know. If they call you, GO FOR IT! If it's a USAA VA Loan, GO FOR IT! 96 pages total, INCLUDING the notary instructions and BS. 2 page confirmation to print, and 1 page to either fax back or THEY PREFER emailed back. What is NOT to like about this company? Wish I had 10 more just like them!

HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND! LIFE IT GOOD! Settled a case for almost $1M today. Vacation will be soon. Prolly gonna buy a used motor home soon...anyone got one for sale for a bargain price? Missed one the day before yesterday that was a huge bargain. I'm in the market!

BTW..the only reason I am in the market for a motor home is because my Mom has Alzheimers. It's COMFORTABLE for her to ride in. She wants to go back to Ruidoso, NM again this year, and I'll either have to rent one or find a deal to buy one and then see what I do with it after that. Be nice to have that available for her to go truckin ANYTIME when she wants to, don't you think? She's 79 and Dad turned 81 yesterday. Gotta do what I can for them! Don't know how much time we have left!

SO sorry, Hon! My heart goes out to you! It's a difficult situation when you deal with dimentia/Alzheimers. Not sure yet which my Mom REALLY has, although she is diagnosed as having Alzheimers.

I am SO SORRY for your loss! God bless you, and I will keep you, and your family, in my prayers!

Re: Didn't you have a horseshoe tournament last Sunday

Well...I think my Dad got a bit tooted the night before. LOL What the hell is he doin celebrating 81 years of age????? He wasn't up to playing in the tournament early in the day, but we played for about 6 hours later in the day and had a wonderful time, and an amazing time with each other, as we always have. Dad has been my BEST FRIEND for my ENTIRE life. Horseshoes, spades, 42 (dominoes), hearts, hunting, fishing, camping, gambling...you name it, we do it together. He's the best friend I could ever have, and have always had. I've been so close to him all my life that I don't know what I will do when I lose him, and I know that won't be too very long into the future, for Dad or Mom. May buy a motor home to take them on a trip in the next month. Rented one last year, but this is a better year. You never know when the last trip with your folks will actually be the LAST trip with them. We'll be playin some horseshoes, no matter where we go. It's MANDATORY with Dad! LOL It's MANDATORY with me too! LOL In the winter when there is snow on the ground, or just ice sometimes as we don't have snow every year, we GOTTA play a game of horseshoes...the game is to 21, but we cut it to 16 last year as we were all freezin our azzes off, and nobody was HOT! LOL

Have a super night! YOU HEAL FAST, and just watch for neural symptoms..numbness, shooting pains, any darkening of the toes, and seek further care if you see that. Otherwise, you'll probably be fine. NOT a medical or Legal opinion.
