What would be the last day to sign if my notary commission expires on 6/20/2009?
Is it on 6/19/2009 or on 6/20/2009?

I can only answer for Florida - it is 6-20-09, midnight. (11:59pm if you will) On my expiration date, I had a TC question this, found cite in my Fl. manual and sent to TC to confirm. I would think that your state manual would state thusly so I would check there first.

Az is very specific on that.

My commission began on 11/25/05 and ends on 11/24/09.

CA is the same. If commission begins 6/21/2009, it will end on 6/20/2014.

Lisa, I thought I had missed a new law, 5-yr commission instead of 4. Wouldn't that be nice? That four years certainly goes by too fast, doesn't it?
