MDA fka TransUnion of Charlotte

I received a call today regarding an anticipated surge of streamlines soon in my area from MDA. The total fee quoted, which includes e-docs and fax backs was $60.00. Obviously I had to decline their offer even though they were selling it as high volume.

Has anyone else had a similar conversation with MDA and were they offering the same??

I got an email from MDA a couple of weeks ago saying they were expecting a lot of Bank of America work beginning in June and had a survey attached. I don't remember much else, but MDA has never wanted to pay more than $50.00 for overnite docs. This might be the same thing, who knows? I figure that if they are close, and at a convenient time, it might be easy bucks. It would have to be a REALLY small package for only an additional $10, though.

These are BofA/Countrywide loans

minimum of 125 pages per package not including title docs.

I personally only give volume discounts for companies that give me at least 10 closings a week. So far, I only discount 1 company.
